- 3 cups mixed vegetables, boiled
- 2 onions
- 3 spring onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 green chilies
- 1/2 inch piece ginger
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons ghee or 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions

1Chop onions, tomatoes, green chillies ginger and coriander.

2Heat ghee and fry onions until golden. Add tomatoes, chillies and ginger and fry at least two minutes.

3Add ketchup, vegetables, spring onions, chilli powder, sugar and salt to taste.

4Cook 5 - 10 minutes and serve hot.
