  • mixed spice (coconut, cumin seeds, cardamon, beacon, kadala paruppu)
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 green beans
  • 14 cauliflower
  • 1 red onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 12 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 12 cup roasted cashews
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Roast items mentioned under mixed spice and mixed spice in blender.

    Microwave cauliflower, green beans, carrot with little vegetable oil.

    Add salt and fry the vegetables in a seperate pan.

    Roast cashews in butter and add to roasted red onion, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.

    Blend cashews,red onion and tomatoes.

    Add Blended tomato mix with fried vegetables.

    Keep low flame, add mixed spice blended, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp salt.
