- 28 ounces, weight Spaghetti Sauce
- 6 whole Lasagna Noodles (Uncooked)
- 15 ounces, weight Fat-free Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Zucchini, Finely Chopped
- 8 ounces, weight Low Fat Mozzarella Cheese, Shredded, Divided
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray an 11 x 7 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

2Spread 1/3 of the sauce on the bottom of the pan.

3Arrange 3 noodles in a single layer over the sauce.

4Top with another 1/3 of the sauce, all of the ricotta and zucchini, and 1/2 the mozzarella.

5Next add remaining noodles in a single layer and top with remaining sauce.

6Cover with foil and bake for 60 minutes.

7Top with remaining mozzarella and bake uncovered for another 5 minutes.

8Let it stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
