Vegetable Lasagna

  • 1 lb. pkg. lasagna
  • 1 (15 oz.) Ricotta cheese
  • 3 c. Mozzarella
  • 1 (28 oz.) jar Ragu chunky garden style
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach
  • 1 large tomato
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • garlic powder
  • oregano
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Prepare noodles and spinach according to directions on package.

    Chop tomatoes into 1/4 to 1/2-inch pieces.

    In a greased 13 x 9-inch pan, layer 1/3 each noodles, Ricotta cheese, sauce, spinach, tomatoes and Mozzarella cheese.

    Sprinkle desired amount of spices over top of each layer.

    Finish top of lasagna with Parmesan cheese and pats of butter.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly on top.
