  • 3 small zucchini
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 leek
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 c. lite mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 c. lite cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. pressed garlic
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
