- 8 oz. lasagne noodles
- 12 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 16 oz. cottage cheese
- 20 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 to 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook noodles as directed on package; drain.

2Line bottom of large baking dish with noodles.

3Add a layer of Mozzarella cheese, then add a layer of cottage cheese mixture,* then add a layer of spaghetti sauce.

4Repeat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

5Bake for 45 minutes at 375°.
