  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. white vinegar
  • 1/2 bunch green onions, finely chopped, or 1 Tbsp. dry
  • 1/8 c. sugar or to taste
  • 3/4 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder or 1/2 Tbsp. fresh garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • pinch of prepared mustard

    Combine all ingredients in blender until well blended. Marinate vegetables overnight.
