Ingredients
- 3 raw potatoes
- 3 raw carrots
- 1 large onion
- 2 c. cracker crumbs
- 4 eggs
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 lb. hamburger
Directions

1Grind the potatoes, carrots and onion or use food processor. Mix all ingredients together.

2Form in large balls, firmly packed. I use my ice cream scoop to make balls uniform.

3Fry nice and brown in limited amount of Crisco.

4Pack in deep baking dish. Cover with tomato juice and bake 1 hour at 350°.
