- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 Tbsp. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 6 c. fresh vegetables, cut up and cooked (such as cauliflower, carrots, broccoli and onions)
- 3/4 c. Parmesan crumb topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small saucepan combine first 3 ingredients; gradually stir in milk.

3Add butter, stirring constantly.

4Bring to a boil over medium heat; remove from heat. Stir in the next 3 ingredients.

5Toss vegetables.

6Turn into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.

7Sprinkle with topping and bake for 20 minutes.
