- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. cream
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- graham cracker pie crust
Directions

1Scald milk and cream on medium heat.

2Thoroughly mix flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.

3Add dry ingredients to milk.

4Mix until thick.

5Let boil slowly for a couple of minutes.

6Beat the egg yolks.

7Gradually add pudding mixture to yolks, stirring constantly.

8Cook for 1 minute on low.

9Take off heat.

10Cool and add vanilla.

11Pour into pie crust.
