- 1 bag frozen vegie combo (broccoli, carrots, etc.)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss or sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 jar (4 oz.) diced pimentos, drained
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl combine vegies, soup, 1/2 cup of the cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can of the onions.

3Pour into a shallow 1-quart casserole.

4Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.

5Sprinkle remaining cheese and onions on the top and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden brown.

6Makes 6 servings.
