- 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour crem
- 1/3 tsp. black pepper
- 1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimentos, drained
- 1 can Durkee French fried onions
Directions

1Combine vegetables, mushroom soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cram, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can Durkee French fried onions.

2Pour into 1-quart casserole.

3Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.

4Top with remaining cheese and onions.

5Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 servings.
