  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots combination)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.

    Bake covered at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Put on onions and cheese and bake for 5 minutes uncovered.
