- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, drained, reserving liquid
- 6 Tbsp. reserved liquid or water
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 c. lite sour cream
- dash of black pepper
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onion rings
- 3 Tbsp. onion powder
Directions

1Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese, sour cream, pepper, onion powder, reserved liquid and 1/2 can of the onion rings.

2Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

3Top with remaining onion rings and cheese and bake for 5 minutes longer.
