- 1 c. thin slices celery
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 2/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (if desired)
Directions

1Prepare 3 cups shredded cabbage.

2Heat shortening in skillet. Add vegetables and stir.

4Steam 5 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring.

6If desired, stir in 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
