  • 1 c. thin slices celery
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 2/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce (if desired)

    Heat shortening in skillet. Add vegetables and stir.
