Ingredients

  • 1 can French-cut green beans
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken, cream of mushroom or cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crumbled
  • 1 stick margarine, melted

Directions

    Mix sour cream, onion and soup together for your sauce . Layer in casserole bowl:

    corn, beans, cheese and sauce on top. Sprinkle crumbled crackers on top of sauce.

    Dribble melted margarine over crackers.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
