- 1 small can mushroom soup
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can fried onion rings
Directions

1Combine all thawed vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 can of the onions.

2Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover dish and add remaining cheese and onions; bake for an extra 5 minutes.
