  • 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (combination)
  • 1 small can mushroom soup
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can fried onion rings

Directions

    Combine all thawed vegetables, soup, sour cream, 1/2 cheese and 1/2 can of the onions.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes. Uncover dish and add remaining cheese and onions; bake for an extra 5 minutes.
