- 1/2 c. onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. green peppers
- 2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
- 1 pkg. frozen green beans *
- 1 Tbsp. sugar **
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
Directions

1Cut celery, carrots, green peppers and onions into 1 to 2-inch chunks.

2Combine with tomatoes with juice and the green beans. Place in a lightly greased casserole dish.

3Combine salt, sugar, tapioca and butter and top vegetables with this combination. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 hour.

4Lower heat to 325° and continue baking for 1 more hour.
