  • 1 pkg. California blend vegetables, thawed and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can French fried onions

Directions

    Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 can of onions.

    Pour into 1-quart casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

    Top with remaining cheese and onions.

    Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
