- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded Colby-Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Combine vegetables, soup, sour cream, pepper, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 can of onions.

2Pour into 1-quart casserole, cover and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.

3Top with remaining cheese and onions.

4Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
