Vegetable Miso Pasta

  • 2 servings Spaghetti
  • 4 Shiso leaves
  • 100 grams Ground meat
  • 1 bag Shimeji mushrooms
  • 1 stalk Japanese leek
  • 1 Eggplants
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cm Tubed garlic
  • 2 tbsp Miso
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Mirin

Directions

    Add the ingredients in to a pan and stir-fry.

    When the meat turns brown, add the ingredients and dissolve in the miso.
  3. 3
    Add the cooked spaghetti while there is still a little liquid is left in a pan and toss well.

    Top with julienned shiso leaves and serve!
