  • 1/2 c. celery, diced
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. tomato juice
  • 1 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
