- 2/3 tablespoon oil
- 5/8 cup vegetable Frozen, mix, cooked to microwave instructio

- pepper
Directions

1Fry the onion in oil and butter without colour. Add the cooked vegetables, top up with the eggs, season and let set in the pan.

2When fully cooked, fold in half and serve with mashed potatoes and garden peas.
