  • 3 cups uncooked rotelle pasta
  • 1 cup broccoli pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/3 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 can garbanzo beans (chick peas), drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle peppercorn ranch salad dressing

Directions

    Cook rotelle to desired doneness, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water.

    Combine all ingredients with cooked rotelle and broccoli; mix well. Refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.
