  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 2/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 3 flowerets cauliflower
  • 3 large stalks broccoli
  • 1 or 2 green peppers
  • 1 or 2 tomatoes
  • black olives
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Bake rolls in round pizza pan at 350° until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes; cool.

    Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and onion; spread over cooled crust.

    Spread vegetables on cheese mixture, slicing black olives around.

    Sprinkle 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese over all.

    Serve cold.
