- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 3 flowerets cauliflower
- 3 large stalks broccoli
- 1 or 2 green peppers
- 1 or 2 tomatoes
- black olives
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Bake rolls in round pizza pan at 350° until golden brown, approximately 15 minutes; cool.

2Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and onion; spread over cooled crust.

3Spread vegetables on cheese mixture, slicing black olives around.

4Sprinkle 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese over all.

5Serve cold.
