- 3 pkg. Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
- 2 envelopes Ranch dressing mix
- 8 oz. low-fat plain yogurt
- 6 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 head broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- 2 c. shredded carrots
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- diced green pepper
Directions

1Mix Ranch dressing, yogurt, cream cheese and mayonnaise together.

2Place roll dough on cookie sheet in a rectangle (2 cookie sheets).

3Press seams together.

4Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.

5Let cool.

6Spread dressing on crust.

7Top with vegetables and Cheddar cheese.
