- 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. oleo
- 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 c. each, chopped fine: green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, onions, celery, mushrooms or olives (whichever are your favorites)
- 3/4 c. finely grated carrots
- 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Separate rolls; pat on an ungreased cookie sheet.

2Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes; let cool.

3Mix with a mixer the cream cheese, oleo and dry Ranch dressing mix until smooth, then spread mixture on the rolls.

4Add the chopped vegetables (whichever are your favorites).

5Top with grated carrots and grated cheese.

6Cut into bars and enjoy!
