Vegetable Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 pkg. dry Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix
  • 3/4 c. each, chopped fine: green peppers, broccoli, tomatoes, cauliflower, onions, celery, mushrooms or olives (whichever are your favorites)
  • 3/4 c. finely grated carrots
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Separate rolls; pat on an ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° for 7 to 8 minutes; let cool.

    Mix with a mixer the cream cheese, oleo and dry Ranch dressing mix until smooth, then spread mixture on the rolls.

    Add the chopped vegetables (whichever are your favorites).

    Top with grated carrots and grated cheese.

    Cut into bars and enjoy!
