  • vegetables of your choice (for ex.: mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, tomatoes, cucumber)
  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. sour cream

Directions

    Bake pizza crust according to package directions.

    Whip cream cheese, sugar and sour cream together.

    Spread on pizza. Wash and drain vegetables; cut up and place on top raw.
