- 1/4 c. sliced zucchini
- 1 sliced carrot
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Select a 12-inch glass platter.

2Arrange broccoli pieces around outside edge, then cauliflower, carrots and pepper in concentric circles.

3Dot with butter slices.

4Cover with plastic wrap.

5Microwave on High for 5 to 7 minutes.
