  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 c. grated fresh corn or canned whole kernel
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 c. sifted flour
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Drop by teaspoonful into hot fat and cook until brown.
