- 15 1/2 oz. can French-style green beans, drained
- 17 oz. can green peas, drained
- 2 oz. jar pimentos
- 11 oz. can white Shoe Peg corn
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. sweet pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
Directions

1Place first 8 items in a clean glass jar or bowl.

2Bring sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil.

3Let cool and pour over vegetables.

4Let stand 24 hours before serving.

5Stir a few times. Keeps about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
