  • 15 1/2 oz. can French-style green beans, drained
  • 17 oz. can green peas, drained
  • 2 oz. jar pimentos
  • 11 oz. can white Shoe Peg corn
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. sweet pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Place first 8 items in a clean glass jar or bowl.

    Bring sugar, vinegar and oil to a boil.

    Let cool and pour over vegetables.

    Let stand 24 hours before serving.

    Stir a few times. Keeps about 2 weeks in refrigerator.
