- 12 medium onions, chopped
- 12 green bell peppers, chopped
- 12 ripe apples, chopped
- 1/2 c. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 4 c. vinegar
- 4 c. cabbage, chopped
- 6 red bell pepper, chopped
- 5 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. turmeric
- 2 c. water
Directions

1Add salt to vegetable mixture and mix well.

2Let stand for 4 hours; drain well.

3Add sugar, vinegar, water and spices to vegetables.

4Boil for 3 minutes.

5Pack in jars and seal.
