- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 tsp coriander powfer
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup green beans
- 1/4 cup cubed potato
- 1/4 cup green peas
- 1/4 cup chopped carrot
- 5 cup idli flour
Directions

1boil all the vegetables

2in pan pour oil add all the vegetables and saute for a minute

3add turmeric powder stir well and pour the tomato paste add all the remaining spice powders and let it simmer till they form a thick water less state

4in idli moulds pour the idli batter and spoon the finished topping on the idli mould and steam in high for five minutes and simmer for ten minutes

5tastes awesome with groundnut or coconut chutney or both
