- 20 oz. pkg. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Cook mixed vegetables and drain well.

2Drain beans and rinse. Mix all vegetables together.

3Mix together sugar, flour and salt. Add vinegar, water and mustard.

4Cook until thick and clear.

5Pour over vegetables.
