Ingredients

  • 1 can green beans
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. vinegar

Directions

    Drain all vegetables well. Mix all vegetables and set aside. Bring sugar, oil and vinegar to a boil.

    Simmer 5 minutes, cool. Pour over vegetables.

    Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
