Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur peas
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped fine with 1/2 tops
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl with a lid.

    Add sugar, oil, vinegar, water, salt and pepper.

    Marinate overnight.

    Pour off marinade after 24 hours.
