  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. raw celery, diced
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 raw onion, diced

Directions
