  • 1 can white corn (Shoepeg)
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 can garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 c. thin sliced celery
  • 1 c. thin sliced carrots
  • 1/2 c. fine chopped onion
  • 1 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Bring vinegar, sugar, oil, salt and pepper to a boil.
