- 1 lb. can white corn
- 1 lb. can French-style green beans
- 1 lb. can small peas
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine drained corn, green beans and peas. Add onion, green pepper and celery.

2In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

3Pour over vegetables.

4Refrigerate in metal or glass container.
