  • 1 lb. can white corn
  • 1 lb. can French-style green beans
  • 1 lb. can small peas
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine drained corn, green beans and peas. Add onion, green pepper and celery.

    In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and bring to a boil.

    Pour over vegetables.
