- 1 1/2 lb. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Cook mixed vegetables.

2Cool and drain.

3Add celery, onion, kidney beans and green pepper.

4In a small saucepan, cook sugar, vinegar, mustard and flour until thick and clear.

5Cool and add vegetables.

6Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours before serving.
