Vegetable Salad(Spinach)

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. freshly chopped spinach (you chop it)
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 medium head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. sliced shallots
  • 1 pkg. thawed frozen peas, uncooked
  • 2 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 c. sour cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste
  • lemon juice to taste

Directions

    Blend together and pour over peas.

    Add 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese on top.

    Cover and chill 12 hours.

    Do not toss.

    Serve.
