- 1/2 c. mayonnaise

Directions

1Put softened cream cheese and mayonnaise in bowl and beat with mixer until blended.

2Grind vegetables and put in strainer.

3Press out all juice.

4Mix with cream cheese mixture (mellows with age). This will keep 5 to 6 days in refrigerator.
