- 2 c. celery
- 3 cucumbers
- 2 carrots
- 1 small onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 envelope plain gelatin
- 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. mayonnaise
Directions

1Finely chop vegetables in blender or food processor.

2Dissolve gelatin in a little of the juice from the draining vegetables. Add to boiling water.

3Mix next 5 ingredients with drained vegetables.

4Let set overnight.

5Use with any type bread.

6(I buy unsliced and cut diagonally with crust removed, then into party size sandwiches.)
