Ingredients
- 3 to 4 lb. beef stew meat
- 2 qt. cold water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. fresh or canned tomatoes
- 2 c. chopped cabbage
- 5 or 6 sliced carrots
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can corn
- 4 potatoes, diced
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. noodles
Directions

1Brown meat, onions and celery in oil in large pot.

2Add water, salt and pepper; cook for about 1 hour.

3Add all other vegetables except canned corn and green beans.

4Cook for about 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.

5Add canned corn and green beans. Cook until hot.

6Add egg noodles in during the last 15 minutes. If the soup is too thick, add more water while your are cooking.
