- 1 envelope yeast
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 2 tsp. dill weed
- coarse salt
Directions

1Soften yeast in warm water and set aside.

2Heat sour cream to lukewarm.

3Add sugar, onion, butter, dill weed, salt, soda and egg to sour cream.

4Put in mixing bowl and stir well.

5Add flour to form a stiff dough.

6Cover and let rise until double in bulk, about 60 minutes.

7Stir down and knead a few times.
