- 1 soup bone or short rib
- 1 can tomatoes (whole)
- 2 cans mixed vegetables
- 1 onion, cut up
- 1 box egg noodles (optional)
Directions

1In a large stock pot, add 2 quarts of water, soup bone or short rib, whole tomatoes, mixed vegetables (drained) and onion (cut up).

2Cover and cook over medium heat.

3Will be done when onion is soft.

4As fat floats on top of water, skim off and discard.

5Add noodles, if desired.
