- 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
- 1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken tenders
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Pour chicken broth into 4-quart pot.

2Put in chicken tenders. Cook about 10 minutes.

3Remove. Cut into pieces.

4Return to chicken broth.

5Add diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables.
