  • 1 (49 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
  • 2 (14.5 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 lb. bag frozen mixed vegetables
  • 5 pieces boneless, skinless chicken tenders
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Pour chicken broth into 4-quart pot.

    Put in chicken tenders. Cook about 10 minutes.

    Remove. Cut into pieces.

    Return to chicken broth.

    Add diced tomatoes and mixed vegetables.
