Ingredients

  • 4 to 4 1/2 lb. chuck beef, cut fine
  • 1 qt. green beans
  • 1 qt. corn
  • 1 qt. lima beans
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 1 qt. peas
  • about 6 carrots
  • 5 or 6 pieces celery
  • 4 large onions
  • 4 bouillon beef cubes
  • 1/2 c. catsup

Directions

    Use meat from boiling meat.

    Boil meat until done, then cut up.

    Cook each vegetable separately and add to pot.

    Add bouillon cubes and simmer at least 1/2 hour.
