Ingredients

  • 3 large potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 to 2 c. corn
  • 2 c. green beans
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (raw)
  • 2 qt. tomatoes with liquid
  • salt and pepper

Directions

    Place all ingredients into a stockpot.

    Bring to a boil.

    Turn down heat to low and let simmer 2 to 4 hours, stirring frequently. Add water if you like your soup thinner.
