- 3 or 4 lb. roast
- 1 large can green beans
- 1 large can corn
- 7 large potatoes
- 1 jar tomatoes and juice
Directions

1Pressure cook roast for 30 minutes or bake in the oven for 2 1/2 hours.

2Cut roast in small pieces.

3Drain meat.

4Add veggies. Add juice and tomatoes.

5Stir, then cover and simmer 40 minutes.
