- 1 pot herb
- 2 qt. cold water
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
- 1/4 head cabbage, chopped
- 1/4 c. barley or rice
- 5 or 6 carrots, grated
- 1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans
- 1 c. grated potato
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Directions

1Cook bone, pot herb, water, onion and salt slowly for 2 hours. Add vegetables and continue cooking
